                                                                 Why Live in Country Gardens of Niskayuna

 

Our HOA fees are intentionally lower than other condo communities because we do not have the added expense of maintaining a community room, pool, or tennis courts. Low property and school taxes reflect condo rates by Schenectady County and the South Colonie School District. We provide lawn and landscaping services along with snowplowing for the complex and each unit's driveway and sidewalk. First floor units are 1542 square feet (click here for floor plan) and second floor units are 1864 square feet (click here for floor plan). Each unit includes a one or two car garage and visitor parking is provided at each building. We have an ethnically diverse community consisting of retirees, young families, and other working professionals.

 

Malone and Tate built our complex in three phases. Phase 1 consisted of Buildings 1 & 2 , Phase 2 included Buildings 3 & 4 , and Phase 3 was formed by Buildings 5,6, & 7 (see site map). Each Phase has a Condominium Association responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building exteriors (including walls, roofs, patios, and decks).
